TERMS OF SERVICE:
Final discretion of the design pertaining to the color and pattern combination for the garment is decided upon by the JEM-Stone designers and is based on the criteria you selected on your order form. Your garment will be created to the best of the JEM-Stone designer’s ability to meet your request. All sales are final. No refunds, no exchanges and no returns for alteration are accepted.
